Before you reserve: a checklist

Questions and documents to review before paying anything.

A reservation is a financial commitment. Go through this list before you pay.

  • Check the developer's name and its previous projects.
  • Get the unit details in writing (area, floor, finishing).
  • Confirm the unit is truly available and not reserved by someone else.
  • Read the reservation terms and cancellation policy before signing.
  • Keep a copy of every receipt and document.
  • Compare more than one project before the final decision.

And do not hesitate to ask for time to think. A good advisor will not rush you.
